  Not happy at all! We go through drive through, to be told to park as his training new staff. No worries, close to ten minutes goes by and no food no sign of anyone coming out! I go inside get ignored for minutes. Finally I ask the lady she's confused gets the guy who was at the window, who then claims he has no idea what I'm talking about! I then argue that he was the one who parked us. He then claims it's not him to look after us. I made the point he said he was training staff so how can they know what to do when he doesn't help them. He then grabs two bags. Gives it to me I can feel the bags are cold. I say I'm not paying for Cold food. I then get his eyes rolled at and he ignores me completely no sorry no I will replace it. Just lets me stand there wondering what's happening. Close to another 10 minutes he hands me the food. I give it a quick check over. Seems everything is there. Get home open my burger getting excited for a rodeo burger instead get a chicken Royale! How do you get to different meats so wrong!!!!!!! Luckily I eat chicken, cause my husband is dealthtt elergic! I'm not happy, and that man I will be complaining about you higher up.

  The staff were friendly and not racist. They took my order, received payment, and gave me food. This is roughly what I expected.
  
  The fries were deliciously edible and I even discovered an unexpected onion ring in the box. This filled me with great joy.
  
  The burger was dryer than a recovering burn victim but hey, it's fast food, what do you expect? As long as the consistency of the food is at least a step or two above that of sun dried dog excrement they have fulfilled their obligations as a fast food restaurant.
